01Who we serve

We provide private tours and van or car rental, including airport transfers, from Mactan and Cebu. Quotes, dates, and vehicles are confirmed by our staff. A website request is not a confirmed booking until we accept it in writing, by email, or by WhatsApp.

02Accounts

You may create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. Give accurate details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account used for abuse, fraud, or false bookings.

03Book now and Pay now

• Book now sends a request. We still confirm van, driver, and date availability.
• Pay now charges a published package price through our payment partner. Payment does not automatically guarantee a specific van if that vehicle is already assigned. We will confirm or offer an alternative.

Prices may change until we confirm your trip. Permits, entrance fees, meals, and boats are only included when your confirmation says so.

04Your responsibilities

Give complete pickup, hotel, guest count, and date details. Follow local laws and site rules during the trip. Adults are responsible for minors in their group. We may refuse or end service if a guest is unsafe or abusive toward staff or other people.

05Changes and cancellation

Message support@kuyaelytours.com or WhatsApp +63 920 985 1802 to change or cancel. Refunds, if any, depend on how much notice you give, supplier rules, and whether a vehicle was already reserved. Weather, road closures, or force majeure may require a new plan. We will work with you on a new date or a reasonable alternative.

06Liability

We take care in planning transport and tours. We are not liable for delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, ferry schedules, or third-party attractions. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, except where Philippine law does not allow that limit. You travel at your own risk on outdoor and island activities.

07Website content

Photos, logos, and text on this site belong to Kuya Ely Tours or their licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without permission. We may update itineraries, fleet lists, and prices.

08Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Social sign-in is optional. Email signup remains available.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lapu-Lapu City or Cebu City, unless the law requires another venue.
