01Who we are

02Information we collect

• Account details. Name, email, phone or WhatsApp, and a password you create. Passwords are stored as a secure hash, not as plain text.
• Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in. If you use a social button, that provider shares the name, email, and account ID you allow. We do not receive your social password.
• Bookings and inquiries. Travel dates, destination, guest count, pickup notes, hotel, vehicle choice, and messages you send.
• Payments. If you pay online, our payment partner processes card or e-wallet details. We receive payment status, not your full card number.
• Technical data. Cookies or session data needed to keep you logged in and remember a cart. Google Tag Manager measures pages on each visit. If you choose I agree on the site notice, the Meta Pixel also measures buttons and bookings.

03How we use information

• Create and sign you into a Kuya Ely account.
• Plan, confirm, or update tours, van rental, and airport transfers.
• Send booking notices and replies from support@kuyaelytours.com.
• Process a Book now request or a Pay now checkout.
• Improve the website and keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information. Sign-in details from Google, Facebook, or Apple are used to open your account, not to build ads. Google Tag Manager measures visits on each page. If you choose I agree on the site notice, the Meta Pixel can measure bookings so we can understand which tours people view.

04Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service: website and email hosting; Google, Facebook, or Apple to finish a sign-in you started; Google Tag Manager on each visit, and Meta when you choose I agree; a payment provider when you choose Pay now; drivers or partners on a confirmed trip (pickup and guest details only); and authorities if Philippine law requires it.

05Cookies and accounts

The site uses a session cookie so your cart and login stay on this device until you sign out or the session ends. Google Tag Manager loads on each page to measure visits. A choice cookie remembers whether you chose I agree for the Meta Pixel. Closing the notice keeps the Meta Pixel off. You can refuse cookies in your browser; some booking features will then ask you to sign in again.

06Retention

We keep account and booking records while you have an account, and as needed to complete a trip or meet accounting and legal duties. You may ask us to close an account. We may keep limited records of a completed booking where the law requires it.

07Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent for social sign-in, by emailing support@kuyaelytours.com. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

08Children

Accounts are meant for guests 18 years and older. A parent or guardian may include children as trip guests. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

09Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and limited staff access. No method of transmission is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login private.

10Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
